Can anyone point me at some info about the ins and outs of fitting an extra door to a Troopy? When I finish my current conversion, this'll be my next (slow) project before I give the Troopy a coat of paint next year.

Thanks guys, I've emailed polans but haven't heard back yet due to the weekend, but I did see it somewhere that it's around $7000 which is outside my budget :-(

I wonder of you could use the door from a 76 series and then you would have a larger wind up window.

But , by the time you do an engine swap ,pay for the 3rd door conversion and paint the vehicle, you wont be far off the cost of a used 76 series with all the horsies you need..

Haha, I think I'll move on from the side door, I like projects I can do myself. The new engine is complete, I'm just wating for the wiring loom to return from NSW. I'll post it when it's running
