I have this part that needs to be replaced.

I don't see this part in stock anywhere I have looked. Is it possible they aren't making it anymore and I am sunk? Also, is there a color code or something like that I can use to make sure replacement parts match the original parts?

These parts are long discontinued.
Your best bet is a used part. However, most of these have (more or less) the same issue.
I repaired mine using epoxy 5min resin and glass filament mat. It was not as ripped as yours, though. The surface also often comes off like sand. I sanded them down and refit the surface with plastic primer, structure spray and acrylic paint spray.
