Mathamattox great idea and many thanks. So followed your idea except even standing on the bumper and pulling didnt budge it. So I ended up jury rigging it to the winch. Used a snatch block on one garage post and just loaded it with the winch. Once loaded a couple seconds later it slowly rotated loose.
