Just went through this.. Was looking for the worst issue and then changed back to start with simple first. This happened at a boat ramp under load and I thought the parking pawl was jammed up. K.I.S.S.... do brake lights work - no... unplug trailer harness, check fuse (blown), replace fuse - truck moves. Don't hook trailer lights back up until I figure out the trailer harness issues. Amazing how dumb I became during an anxious moment on the boat ramp - just glad zero vehicles were waiting.
This just happened with my '00 100 series and it was the 15 amp fuse. Thank you to all who have posted as this was a tremendous help.
