Well, thanks for the advice Pin_Head. Did just that, cleaned and dusted it with corn starch. Found it to be leaking from the very top, where the case splits. Thought, well, let's just check the bolts for tightness, nothing to loose. Well the top most two bolts where very loose. Turned one a full turn by hand, before tightening with a wrench, so went ahead and tightened all of them a bit, they all felt pretty loose. I made sure to not go too tight. Will dust more corn starch today to see how it is doing.
