Transfer case clocking in reverse

Yes it does in high range locked. Same noises as the video.

Sounds to me like it's just an accumulated slop in the drive train.
Diff and tcase pinions, uni joints, slip yolk etc

I joints are only a few years old. If I get on it in reverse it make a good deal of racket. I’m getting the diffs rebuilt and doing both axles as soon as I get my ring and pinions in. I’ll probably end up going part time on the transfer case as well. I’ll check it again after that I suppose.

What brand u joints?

Cheap ones can be done in well before then.

Its easy to remove drive shafts and inspect uni joints.

The Joints are OEM. Lubed every other oil change or after an off road trip. Whichever occurred first.
