I stumbled across this video from Lexus. It's a good explanation of setting up your integrated trailer brake controller.

Don’t forget all this has to be done under a blue moon at midnight while dancing with a chicken head from a red rooster and goats milk.

They have the most complicated and needlessly driver involved controls for brake controller I've seen. Oh, and don't forget to shut off the rear brake assist if you don't it will slam on the brakes when you least expect it. If I could I would replace the whole thing with my Redarc brake controller that was the best controller I've ever used.
