With your lift and tires you should be fine. Only time I ran Millers (with Sam) I had no lift and 285's. Bent the stock running boards (nice warning system - and good excuse for sliders!) and that was it. Not being as well set up as Sam, I'd chime in and say you'll be fine with a 3" lift.

X3. The only time I ran it (2yrs. ago) I was not lifted. I was on 33's had sliders and the slee t-case skid. I used all of those to get through without a hitch. With that being said, a lift would have more than likely gotten me through with out the use of the sliders and skid (I also had the ARB bumper so I had a lot of weight on those poor little lexus springs). A lot could have changed there in 2 yrs though.

as of a few months ago, there was only one obstacle that could potentially cause damage: the ledge at the very end. Other than that, no spotting needed that I recall.
 
Wish I could attend my truck is going to go under the knife one more time- TIme for crossover hysteer and a 4.3l chevy v6- have fun and take lots of pics.... :beer:
