1985 Toyota 4runner. It needs nothing. It can be used as a weekend wheeler or daily driver. Runs perfectly.

Here is what I am looking for:

Pre-76 FJ 40 Land Cruiser. I want a rig that is NOT in need of a major restore. Little things here or there are OK, but I have a new baby, and I cant spend all my time in the garage. Of course I would prefer one with an engine swap on 33's or larger, geared, locked, etc. Must be street legal. PM me and let me know what you have.

Im not interested in any other trades. Ive wanted an FJ40 for a long time, and Im content with my 4runner, so I am willing to wait. Thanks

What is it about pre-76 that floats your boat?

In California we dont have to smog our vehicles if they are model year 1975 or earlier. I dont want to deal with smogs, especially if the engine has been swapped.

10-4 that. A built 1sr gen would be ideal for my family of 5, but not until my built '77 40 is sold...

I think my soft top is a '75...i'll have to check the door tag tho.
I got it in new mexico a few years ago. The stock 2 f was rebuilt by the po, I have all the reciepts.
I swapped in an h41 and early tcase.

I'll look and get back to you if it's a '75

i checked at lunch, it's door tagged sept 05. but titled 76. i suppose i could get that changed if cali goes by title over door tag. it's got a disc brake front end that i presume is original to the vehicle
hard top and doors, and a pakistani oem soft top and bows.

Yes, selling it is an option, but I love the rig, so for some reason trading it for my dream rig just seems easier.
