Running into this issue right now. I have a 2000 Land Cruiser with 172,000 miles. If I'm reading this correctly you're saying there's no mileage restriction and they'll warranty each covered component for an ADDITIONAL 150,000 or 10 years is that correct?

If so - would it be smarter to contact corporate first or a local dealership first? When I lookup the service campaigns at this official toyota link with my VIN number it says no campaigns are currently running: Lookup Safety Recalls & Service Campaigns by VIN

I note that you said it's a service campaign not a recall but on that page they word it as "safety recalls and service campaigns".
Did you ever get your problem solved. Ive got a 2000 LC with the P1128 code as well that comes and goes.

I am 2 years late for this
I developed exactly whats describe in pdf

I have spent $1200 already including apps , tps , a new ecu/ecm and hours of diagnostic at indy shop....

I am devastated.. this is my first toyota.

I am at a lost now just super unlucky with my first lx470 purchase. Sigh....

Did @keepitrealin99 or anyone else figure this out? I've had the same issue for years now, and has gotten worse to the point its unreliable. Replaced APPS, TPS, and replaced APPS wiring/ connector to no success. If the dealership wont honor the expired CSP, is there a technical service bulletin or anything out there explaining the fix procedure? Please help, I'm going nuts with this one...
