I am putting new wheels/tires on this week and am considering getting new TPMS. Bell Lexus is showing two part numbers, both covering the 2019 premium model year. My 2019 birth date is 1/2019, which makes me think I should use the 2017-2019 part number. However, new is better, right? So, should I go with the 2019-2022 part number?

Can't say what the difference is between them, but I know they both work on my OBDLink MX+ that shows for each of the 5 tires pressure AND temperature. My rig is a 2013 and just replaced the TPMS sensors about 2 years ago.
Does your 2019 show each tires pressure or is it just a single "low" warning and then you figure out which tire is low?
But to the point, I really don't think there's a performance/feature difference, but if anyone would know it would Acrad.
I'm sure he'll chime in soon and set us straight.

Wow, so the earlier year Denso part number does not work on a 2019? They look the same in photos (except for a few numbers, unclear what they mean) but sure enough the Lexus part is different and Denso 5500103 only lists 2010-2015 for fitment.

I just bought 4x of the Denso from RockAuto for my 2011 and they were Made in Japan and work perfect.
