No gasket needed. Use gasket gorp. "The right stuff" works best.

High temperature rtv sealant (gasket maker). apply evenly, wait to become tacky, tighten lightly let set and tighten properly.

I might have a complete gasket kit for the 3B in my shop complete with the oem style cork gasket for the oil pan.

Let me take a look and I will let you know.

I tried the rtv sealant manny years ago it went all slimy and leaked after a year
 
I paid the $$ for Toyota FIPG a few times and it is great, but when I replaced my big end bearings recently I used a Permatex brand FIPG and it seems to be tough and holding up very well. I'm pretty impressed with it. I can find it and give you the product info if you are interested. It was cheap.
 
Agree with the right stuff, factory went away from cork and paper, you see on the 1hz and 1hdt use sealant in a tube..
