Has anyone sourced these locally? Any advice on where/who to talk to? I took my door apart to check my motor had the collar and don't want to wait a week on delivery and door reassembly.

About a year. Doors still lock with a vigor. It still surprises me every once in since they were so sluggish and quiet for so long.
