Trailer looks good to me.

Thinking of pulling trigger on OZ tent. My son said "hell no" on the sleeping cot. He is only 7 so he did not say hell no but that is what he meant.

We looked at tents and the only one he like was the OZ and KODIAK. He likes nice stuff.
I think the easy up pro outdoes the lifting it up on roof con. Plus if I decide to sell it it will
be easy to do.

Anybody seen many reviews of these pop-up type tents? Malamoo X-Tra There's a lot of cheap ones out there that I wouldn't trust those, but maybe the OZtents are more trustworthy.

This looks perfect for my needs if it is dry & stable in wind.

Lenny has one and used it at crawl and in Clayton....
Be good one to ask.

Anyone have a set of hunting hand held CBs we can take to BB? We will be close together so it will be fine.

The Baofengs are perfect for this. Besides being an overland-approved meets-minimum-spec ham radio, they also illegally operate on the standard FRS/GMRS walkie-talkie frequencies.

Despite my lack of overlanding prowess, I do actually own a Malamoo Mega. It's been a great tent. Sleeps the 4 of us comfortably, sets up as easily as they demonstrate, and folds up almost as easily as they demonstrate. Never had it out in a whole lot of wind and rain, though.

You guys opposed to doing this for BB? They are cheap and I'm gonna get one to play with while studying ham anyway.

If you're going all in, this also gives much better performance in truck mode. You can put the stock antenna on when you want to go hand held. Make sure to buy the thread adapter.

25.00 dolla one. I bought 2 to use at the crawl. Worked pretty good. I hope they don't catch me cause I don't want to go to jail:grinpimp:

Cam, Lenny is on a boat in the ocean somewhere. Might not be able to get on mud.

Top one. And yeah get the mic for the extra $5. Doubt we will need the antennas, don't plan on getting too far apart.

I'm gonna go ahead and grab one I think.
