Tow harness (1 Viewer)

Hi all

I’m struggling to understand how to get my tow harness wired up and working. And am needing help if anyone would be kind enough please!

I’ve looked at most the threads and YouTube videos as well as test the wires with a multi meter but can’t seem to get the lights in sync and am left baffled

Do I need this “break control box”?

It’s for a 3.5 tonne braked trailer

There’s 3 wiring plugs under the rear bumper (two on the right side and one on the left)

The universal wire kit I got off eBay only fits in to one of the two right side plugs. But then online I’m seeing that I need to use two of the rear plugs?

Surely it’s a simple solution?

Does anyone have an image of their rig wired up so I can see what side and how many plugs are needed?

I’d hoped it would be a simple plug and play job

Not sure on the solution, but you've started 3 threads on tow wiring, maybe bump those or add to those to keep the info consolidated?
