Hrmm.. . The gas tank on the cruiser is located on the passenger side. So a full tank of fuel is going to add more weight on that side, yet you're still showing a bit higher on the passenger side even with a full tank. Seems a bit odd.

When you installed the suspension did you install the longer spring on the passenger side?

Yes, the longer spring was installed on the passenger side. I made sure the shop knew and they were already aware of the placement of that spring.

Another update...

Cruiser is back!! The drive to/from work today was smooth as glass! There was absolutely no shimmy in the wheel and even the right pull tendency was nearly gone to the point that it was non perceivable. I'm confident that the road force balancing did the trick along with re-torquing the spacers...best forum out there!

All that's left now is the KDSS lean which I will tackle here shortly.

Some more pics...

@Orange Hat - Absolutely love your cruiser, looks awesome!! Really can’t wait to get my kit installed after seeing these pics!

Rig looks awesome! I picked up a 19 in the same color and getting the Dobinson kit installed with 305/65 K02s on aftermarket wheels. Stock wheels look great though!

@Orange Hat - Any undate on the cruiser lean and if the KDSS tricks worked?

Had to push that project to this weekend due to work...will provide an update soon. :)

Can you post a pic without the tires turned? Do the fronts stick out wider than the rears with the spacers? Are you happy with the spacers? Do you have any doubts about them? Looks great!

Thanks! Gonna be a little long winded but here goes:

The fronts don't stick out much more than the back, hardly perceivable. However (there's always a "however"), I'm not as happy about keeping the stock wheels with spacers as I thought I was going to be with this tire size. One of the constant issues I have been battling is a come 'n go vibration. It's difficult to say if it's a tire that is out of round, the balancing (they have been road forced balanced), or if it's the spacers but I am exploring other options at this point (Method/SCS wheels with the +25 offset most likely). As an example, when it was last serviced at Toyota, they had rotated the tires and the vibration was back like in the above posts. Now, I haven't taken the wheels off to check the spacers (again) because I plan to take the vehicle back to Discount Tire to have them check the tire balance.

I travel quite a bit with my job and am out of town all this week but I'll grab some pics with the wheels straight once back. Hopefully by then I'll have some things worked out with the annoying vibration.

Are your spacers hub-centric (to the hub and to the wheel)?

FYI my Icon wheels are not hub-centric, and I did a post a while back about the correct way to tighten the lugs. I've found if a shop just cranks down the lug nuts with an air wrench without hand tightening first the wheels won't be perfectly centered and will sometimes (but not always) vibrate on the highway like they are unbalanced. If your spacers aren't a 110mm bore and don't have a 110mm lip, go jack each wheel up, loosen the lugs, then re-tighten by hand a few rounds and then at a lower torque spec before you torque them down fully to 97 ft/lbs and see if your vibration clears up.
