Haven't used the Amazon for a year nearly a year. My touch screen went blank. Picked up another one from the Middle East. It didn't work but I assume it is ok. Checked both fuses under the hood as you'd say and the one in the footwell, both ok.
From what I've read even if the black box the a.c heater control amplifier and ecu fail the screen will still work but obviously unable to use the ac and heating controls on the screen.
There is power to both units .
Well what do I do next. The UK is very damp in the winter so right now it's difficult to use the car without control of either the heating or cooling. I've still got the rear blower working as it's not integrated into the touch screen thank god.
Well... Do I buy yet another screen and pray for the best ?
Most folk say get a good auto electrician on the job. Most aren't interested or live the other end of the country
Thoughts appreciated
It also has navigation built on, rev camera , mpg etc
