Torsion Bar Adjustment - Back To Original Specs

So, my son and I were cranking up the torsion bars to clear 33's. I cranked up the driver's side "X" number of turns and then moved to the passenger side. When cranking on the passenger side, I got distracted and lost count of the number of turns. I now want to get it back to the original state, how do I do this? I know I crank back, but is there a way to know that both sides are even?
