Agree, two full size rear windows would be a troopy. Either a FJ45 or HJ45/HJ47. BJ45 exhaust would have run down the right side.
Most RHD here come from Australia which could be either an FJ or HJ. From 75 on al 40 series has full floating rear axles. Most of not all also had split rims.
