To buy 88 lc or not to buy

I recently came across a very clean 1988 with 140K +/- miles. It has fresh paint and is very clean inside and out. My landcruiser life has been 80's so far. From what ive heard it is under powered but im used to that. Any ideas what it is worth? Pro's or Con's would be very helpful. Thanks

Don't worry, I don't want to talk you out of it; the last one I bought sold for $1K and I had to handle delivery to Florida since the tranny was out.
