There are a lot of variables you haven't addressed (5-lug vs 6-lug, any mods to LC, etc.).

Wheels off a 2021 Tundra Platinum, 5 Lug, 275/55/20 tires. 2021 Land Cruiser No lift. Bone stock.

275/55r20 is less than a half inch larger diameter than stock, should fit fine. 275/60r20 is the same overall size as 275/70r18 that lots of guys on the forum run, so I'm gonna say this would be OK too.
