Today while wheeling I heard a noise from the left front, it was my tire rubbing the pitman arm nut at the steering box. It was doing it while bouncing and heavy throttle application. I was in 1st gear (4 speed) and low range climbing a very steep hill it seemed to be occuring when the suspension was extreemly compressed. Any suggestions? Do I have a Camber problem or do I just need wheel spacers? My springs are shot and new ones are on the way.

I'm waiting for a set of four new springs by Hijacker, with 4" lift. I aready have the shocks new u-bolts and neoprene bushings. We have a new 4 wheel parts store here and they made me a heck of a deal on the complete set up.:bounce:

Maybe that will cure my problem! I don't much care for shiny nutz:lol:

Rhino, you are correct Skyjacker does not have anything that works on a 55. Apparenty there were some there that thought they had a kit or so my friend at 4wheel parts said. 4wheel parts told me today they couldn't get a kit from Skyjacker and would accept the retururn of what had already been shipped to me and also said they would give a complete refund. 4wheel parts it seems is trying to do the right thing.
I am continuing to search for a kit with 4 new springs with a 4" lift including shocks, bushings, u-bolts ect. Any body have any suggestions? Man a fre said they had been discontinued for the 55 when I called today.:crybaby:

I called alcan today as a matter of fact and will probably go with them. the rears first the the front. I spoke with a gentleman there and was very impressed with the time he took and his attitude toward getting the right info.
