My 80 has Super Swamper 37s and locking transfer case and differentials. For moderately rocky trails what kind of pressure is suggested? and what pressure would be appropriate on the road?

Rock I know alot of guys that go down to 7-8 lbs

I typically go with 10

On road it depends... Are they bias swamper or radial?

Bias I would run higher 33lbs... Less squirrelly IMO

Radial around 26-28

Rotate regular with the swamper... They can wear funny if you don't

Did they ballance well? Mark were the weights are and note the weights weight if you loose one when wheeling

I do alot of highway ... I run equal ... Works well... No weights to worry about

Thanks for the input! - these are radial trxus tires. Just had them balanced and rotated by the local shop. (they have a lot of skill with big 4x4s)

How many miles would you suggest on the rotation?

they would probably tell you 3-6k for the rotation... regular car should be 6-10K...

if you off road often... 3K IMHO

If there is cupping or odd tire wear before the 3K there could be issue mechanically

I usually go down to approx 15-16. If I go too much lower my tires will rotate on my rims and its a shaky ride until rebalanced. Besides sometimes get up to 45 on back roads and prefer a little extra. That's just me though.

Agree with johnny, rotations often are the best bet.
