Timing Mark Help

Hello fellas,

I have just changed my timing belt and I went to go drive it afterwards and it was fine at idle. But when I started to go more than 10 mph the truck started to shake and the turbo noises out of the Exaust sounded sporadic and then I went back to idle it did not stop shaking and studdering. It seems like the timing was off maybe a tooth. I opened it back up and they look pretty much dead on the marks, are they supposed to be different? Can anyone please chime in on this?

yup those look dead on.
you got a video of the engine running/shaking?
Did you do any other work at the same time?

I always mark the old belt and transfer the marks to the new one when fitting and check timing all lines up. Also confirms belts are the same length. As mentioned above did you also do any other work? Change fuel filter etc?

No I did no other work to the truck other than a radiator as well. I just heard from the shop and was told cylinder #6 is dead, so it sounds unrelated to the timing belt.

Bugger that never sounds good, l had a turbo 1HZ that cracked pistons after 300k turbo life hopefully it's just an injector
