That was my grandpas 22lr its a lever action single shot.

Nice! I bet it's a nail driver. Is it a winchester? A buddy of mine has a winchester single shot .22LR lever he got from his grandpa. It's a take down( barrel and forarm screw in to the chamber ). He still has the hard case( looks like a thin suit case) where it's stored in the two pieces. I've only seen it once. Beautiful gun.

That is a stamped steel cam gear ya got there....

Not forged, holes not punched to distribute warpage and distortion, and definitely not factory. I'd at least get a cam gear that's either forged, or....forged.

Get some factory, or some real good aftermarket.

Toyota Tchain covers go for about a hundred in my parts. If you can get a Yoter one, I'd get one. Don't get one with wear rings around where the oil pump goes. It can be enough to let oil get by and your motor will have less OP. I have herd some aftermarket TC covers have fitment issues. I have no exp w/ them though, I try to use only Toyota parts as much as I can.

Thanks for the heads up, I have never been into a 22r before so I dont know what to look for. I'll make sure my buddy orders all new gears tensioners and guides.

I'll also take some closers pictures for all you old timers who can see the numerous Toyota parts on my shelves and walls.
