Dont know if its interesting to you but Girls and Boystown where my wife and I work are looking for family teachers, house parents. $48,000 a year all food and housing paid and great benifits. We've been here 4 years. Theres alot of folks from Kansas and alot keep their houses to go during their time off. We are also cruiser friendly as there are two here now!!!! Just an idea.

There's no way I could have planned this......

After typing a simple resignation letter and making copies it occurred to me that I should return the keys to the evidence room and chief's office at the time I submitted my letter. I added that to the letter and made new copies. Sure enuff, while I was in Kentucky last week the "Chief's Boy" got caught with porn on his laptop computer in his patrol car and the computer was seized and stored as evidence and then moved to the chief's office and somehow the photos were "lost". Hmmmmmmm. No chance I take the heat for it

Last Friday, while in Kentucky, I got my left index finger a little too close to the table saw blade and took a big hunk of flesh off . I felt like a tard....... Went to the doctor Monday and he gave me a week off... my last week of work will be spent on sick leave

Also found out the chief lied to city council about my resignation what an arse! I also found out the council did not want to accept my resignation until they could visit with me about it. I made it a point to tell a council member I trust that I would not answer any questions about m resignation until after the 30th, my last day. After that anything goes.

The council also received a letter from an unknown person airing many complaints and bringing many alligations against the chief, prompting the council to contact an outside investigator to investiate the department and the chief

As for me now..... I'm off work, laid up with a jacked-up finger and board out of MY FRIGGIN MIND!!!!!! I've already been asked if I would come back if he were gone. Hmmmmm, gonna have to ponder that one a bit. The thought of making descend money and not having to fight asshats sounds pretty good to me.
