Tilt column vs non tilt wiring question. (2nd gen pickup)

I just pulled ducts, unwrapped tape and I only found one loose connector. It only had 3 light green wires. The only thing I can think of is maybe my dumb ass cut them off back when I did my 3.4 swap. It's not something I would typically do but who knows. I'm going to call it a "sign" to keep it simple and leave well enough alone. I'm going to keep my 86 column and harness safe in my garage away from mice for possible later use.

for the sake of conversation, my 89 4r ewd shows the relay integrated into the multi.
would assume 88 is same.
can anyone confirm?

I didn't see that controller mentioned in my book. I was going to look up the parts to compare but I'm just going to get moving on my build at this point. It would be nice to know for future reference though.
