Thump or Slight Kick at Idle

Were you able to find a solution to this? I keep noticing it and thought it was in my head. Been going on for a year now. Random idle thud or slight kick. Not coming to a stop but sitting at a red light. 550rpm. No CEL. Sometimes just one thud, today was 3 in a row. Maybe 1-2 times a week with daily driving.

I've greased my driveshaft twice now in the past year during regular maintenance but no change. Driveshaft doesn't spin at a stop right?

I am thinking a coil pack on its way out? Spark plugs are new. Did it before and after. I will check codes. My other issue is sometimes a longer crank when warm. Mechanic says maybe crank sensor/ separate issue?

Bad gas? Refill with reputable brand from a trusted station, 91+. Run a full tank and see if problem persists.

Or add an octane booster.
Another possibility, albeit remote is an engine mount. But that should give a lot a shaking, not a random thump.
Side note, when I first glanced at your post title, my dyslexia kicked in and I read 'Trump' and something about his 'sidekick'!
