Looking at the FSM, my throttle plate looks up side down...

It is a back up carb, has a sticky throttle.
On closer inspection, it seems it is sticky on one direction, and seems to be the throttle valve is on the incorrect side.

Am I being retarded or is this incorrect?

Looks upside down according to the drawing, need to split carb base and install on top! This would certainly cause a sticky throttle! Where have have been Destin?

Popped in a new tank, sender, all newlines and filters and rebuilt the carb recently :)

Also replaced a radiator hose. Plan is to pop on a new toyota radiator cap, and I am looking into ordering a toyota overflow setup through Beno so my overflow just does nto dump on the ground :)

Thw wife and I are planning a trip this summer to nor cal in the cruiser, road trip camping, some wheeling etc. I will be posting up some photos along the way.

Have some new yoko y742s tires coming in soon, then ust need to add new break shoes and adjust the breaks :)

I have carburators with the screws on the bottom don't believe anything is wrong. The cam arm the attaches to the linkage it what detemines which way the flat side of the side goes in the carburator. To switch the cam would have to be removed and reattached

Boy you have been away a while. He is no longer the parts manager at a Toyota dealership but general manager at Proffitts Cruisers.
