Three 70s. Precious cargo

As seen on the highway in Beirut Lebanon. Three left side steering 70s.

The 70s exist here, but to my chagrin they are not that common. The Land Rover 90 and 110s are used by the military here so you see a lot more of those around.

Not sure where these three beauties were headed, so I don't know the story behind this special truck. Sorry for the bad pic. One handed on the fly.

Are most of the middle eastern Land Cruisers gassers? That is what I heard, the diesel engines are not as common due to
cheap petrol.

All the Land Cruisers that I have seen have been gas. But, that is just in Lebanon. Not sure about the other countries in the Middle East. I will say that diesel is cheaper than gas here in Lebanon.
1 gallon of gas is about US$2.75
1 gallon of diesel is about US$1.75
Keep in mind Lebanon is not an oil producing nation, so it is probably very different in one of those countries.
