I've run across a 1963 FJ40. It has the post '65 non corrugated hardtop. It has these doors. I'm almost certain that these are not factory. Old CJ doors maybe? Thoughts?

I think now that it is the factory soft top doors but with metal skins tacked on.

X2 had a FJ25 that had the same setup. Later top, 75/76 in my case and the factory doors with metal skins and the area behind the sliding window part having a piece of plexglass replacing the canvas.

i had a later soft door that had metal skins pop riveted on. that said, you wanna sell those ?

Having seat time with the stock canvas solid panel behind the window I'd leave that plexiglass mod. Probably the solid skins as well.....
