Thought I'd post a pic of my truck

Yeah, it looks a lot better without the body lift. I was more than happy to take it out. It'll probably be awhile before any wheeling pics. I'm getting moved to the midnight shift for awhile and a buddy of mine who is a John Deere parts dealer was kicked in the hand by one of his horses. So for the time being I'm his 6 hour a day mechanic doing PMs and whatnot. Not to mention that as most of you all know, the majority of weekends are spent continually working on the truck and catching up on the mowing after another 6 inches of rain has fallen for the week. :frown::frown::frown:
I'll see if I can squeeze something in though.

I know how that goes man. I just got out on the trail after almost a year of not wheeling.

It's been awhile for me too, since I've been putting the truck together for the last several weekends. It's getting harder to find places around here. Several people wont let you play in their timbers anymore, just too many idiots with 6 inch lift blocks tearing things up and making us all look bad. It's ok though, always someone who wants to see what these trucks can do as long as they get to go for a quick ride. I figure thats better than none at all...if it wasn't for my job I might move out west closer to a few trails.

Yeah, we have to hang onto those few places we still have left to wheel.

Exactly, I do what I can to keep my name good with everyone around here for just that reason. Things are left the way they were when I came, no tearing up stuff that isn't mine. I heard the other day that some guys found an old shack back in a timber and decided to have a bonfire, it was on private property too! I was told the owner is pressing charges for destruction of property or something but I'm not for sure.

I saw another Toyota pickup today...only one around besides mine. This guy is running 31's with a small body lift and one of them rollbars in the bed. I'm not a fan of those but hey, it's a Toyota and everyone still stares at both of us lol.

Just a couple others....

You can get those from 4xinnovations.com or WabFab.org I believe. Its fun to ride around without doors, gets a lot of stares too. Thats half the fun is just seeing people drool over an old Toyota pickup that people dont seem to think is worth anything anymore.

I did get to take it out for a light wheel last weekend....mostly climbing terraces and puttin through some timber. But of course, my camera was laying at the house so maybe next time. I dont know how what kind of angle is on the face of them terraces, but it sure makes things pucker up when you feel like your sitting vertical.

Yeah, those dont belong to me. My property ends on the outside of the driveway, those belong to the farmer who owns the land surrounding mine. He doesnt get into too much hurry, the field to the front of the tractor will usually have corn in it until end of January or mid February. He is rich as hell and hunts so he likes to bring the deer to his property, so he just wastes this small field. But yes, there for about 3 weeks it was like rain every day or every other day. Places all over got flooded, roads closed for several days, interstate for a couple days, who knows how many basements full.

Now that I think of it, he moved both tractors out yesterday, after about 3 weeks of sitting there.
