with all the goodies it comes with i might just do it!

lotsa stuff for 300 bones. Is it intended to be used more than once? :)

If I do get it I'll be sure to use it more than once. Maybe do some pulling in the parking lot at work!! :grinpimp:

did you scoop it up?
3 year warranty, 14 day return....

shoot, even if it did only work the one time you need it, it's better than nuthin.
that cheap, you can go get another one.

How many times does the average winch owner really use one anyways? less than a hand full of times?
If you were planning on using it 20 times a year, then you'd already have a Warn.

I had my Warn 8k for about a year until I sold it with the FJC, used it about 8 times including the first run I went on after I got it. Depends on how often you go out and luck. Some people never use em.

I have not bought this winch yet. I'll scoop it up once I'm done Christmas shopping, paying the bills, and MOVING!!

I don't know how many times I'll be needing it but with all the times I've been out i'v never had to need it, but then again that's not to say I won't ever need it.

We shall see.

Have had my winch for 2 or 3 years.
Only used it 1x. And I didn't really need to that bad.
But I go out there in the desert by my lonesome sometimes (carefully) so I'd rather have one than none and preferably one that will pull hard.

It's one of those things where you get it, you won't need it, and v.v.... :)

to me it makes sense to buy a good brand like warn for something like this, but I am biased as the same warn that I bought used off a friend in high school worked great last weekend, and I haven't used it probably in 5 years, so that sold me for sure. Bought another warn for my 80 a few weeks ago, was about 500 shipped to my door on an internet special.

i'd love to get me a warn winch, don't get me wrong but it's just not possible for me at this time.

with $299 for a 12k winch and extra goodies, i don't mind being the guinea pig. only time will tell with this product. who knows, it might work and last just as good as a warn.

do it then.

As long as you don't take more chances than you would without the winch, you can't go wrong...

Let us know how it does.

Keep in mind the rope is only 90ft on that, you may want to take an extension/strap along. And the pull drops quickly with the layers so the snatch block would be good too, probably.
