This drippy thing on passenger side?

This thing under the glove box has been dripping lately. Seems to me like condensation. I live in Florida and my AC is on all the time. It's slight dripping that comes from here.

I first thought that this is the issue that happens when the windshield is changed out improperly and it leaks at the car wash or on heavy rain days. Only issue with this is that I swapped out my windshield 4 years ago and it's been fine till now. Plus it drips even when it's not raining.

Any ideas?

Of course you should do this the right way, but... I took the lazy man's way out. No disassembly. After a day or so out in the sun it could dry out I wiped a bit of silicon sealant across the seam line. No leaks for several months now.
