Have a 94 3.0 and I was thinking about doing coil overs. What is it take to convert what all do I need. I'm 17 and just don't no what all involved. Pictures help

might get you started. otherwise... i'd encourage googling it as well as searching here. its not uncommon so there should be several writeups and threads out there. use the google menu on the side to narrow your search results to "discussions". that will give you forum posts only. i find that very useful when looking for car stuff.

Why not start out with what your goals are, then look for solutions others have done that achieve that needs of that goal?

Google 4 wheel underground, Brian can set you up with a full kit to do either end or both. It will require some welding and trimming and the axle and steering are all on you.
X3 What is the goal of your build? I would think thru the process and see what will fill your needs. There is a ton of knowledge out there depending on what you are after. Pirate4x4 will give you the extreme end of the spectrum, mog axle sas's and over the top builds, yotatech is more day-to-day as is ttora.
There is an excellent thread by noahrob (I think that's right) in this subforum where he just did a 3-link on his 4Runner.
Do your homework, in the end its gonna be your call, and most importantly your $$$
