Thinking about puttung Rust Bullet on my truck...

Gonna bump this, and an 'update'. I think I'm going to order this stuff either today or the next to come. So, let the questions flow.
1 How much do I need?
2 I want a rough bedliner type finish, which DIY is best? I've heard Herculiner a number of times, may try the Duplicolor can type on test metal just to see.
3 Best way to put it all on? Roller and/or brush?
4 Ill be getting the etching spray, but what else should I do for prep for the non rusted parts? I going to need to wire wheels one or two bad spots, but then what?
5 I was guessing the whole process would take about 4-5 days, that sound right to anyone?
 Fellas

I'm pretty set on a smooth white duraback on my white FJ-62. I'll tear into rust removal, standard paint, scuff it, prep it and then put the liner on, hopefully the white is close enough.

Doesn't matter too much though, white will look better than rust.

Update

Got my Rust Bullet as of yesterday, 4 quarts and 2 bottles of etching spray, going to order a gallon or two (if needed) or black, rough UV Durabak, hopefully have it all done by the weekend, most likely be back on the road in style monday or tuesday
I'll try and post pics of the process, If i can find a camera/figure out the program to get the pics on here :bang::whoops:

Update

Spent the entire day prepping and putting two coats of rust bullet on. :D. Couldnt find my camera for the prep or the painting of the RB . But I ordered a gallon of UV black Durabak as I said before, should be here in a week they say so looks like Tojo is going to the Tojo/The Silver Surfer for a little while. Once the Durabak gets here I'll put another coat of RB then put the bedliner down, hopefully I'll have my camera by then .
:bounce:I finally got it done!!!:bounce:

Finished product

Came out pretty damn good considering who did it
Only odd thing that happened was the Durabak didnt adhere to the tape in some parts...making it not tear off with the tape so it peeled a little bit:doh::bang:. But I patched it up today hopefully it will hold.

What do you guys think?

You cant see it in the pic, but, Tojo has an even more ugly mug than before, blacked out front end, grill, light cover things, but I also painted the small bodyline on the hood to give a wrap around look, and that small body piece under the turn signals was a pain to paint. :p

Update

I think it's time for an update in regards to my Durabaked exterior. Everything is holding up GREAT. :D. Once it gets nicer out I want to put another coat on it, just to make it protect that much more. Looking at that pic above and remembering when it was done, makes me realize how much different Tojo looks now. Took the chrome trim off the roof, CB setup, ARB bullbar, Full sound system, with MTX 10" subs for the most recent addition to that.

What next....:hhmm:other than, re gear, SOA, bigger tires and lift (somehow) and an engine conversion
