I pulled my thermostat outer housing to change the thermostat and two of the studs came out of with the nuts rusted to the stud. Of course the Toyota gents ordered the wrong "O ring", "rubber gasket, got the old thermostat out, new one in, but can't get the two studs to thread into the block?? One is impeded by the lines to the AC compressor?? the other by a metal shroud around the upper engine.. does anyone have the part number for the thermostat housing gasket?? there is of course another housing below the thermostat housing, with a line up to the heater control?? I'm sure there is a gasket under there too??

Go to partsouq.com and enter your VIN. All part numbers are available to you.

Hard to understand what the issue is here. If the studs came out, then they can go back in.
There is no gasket between the 2 halves of the thermostat housing. There's only the thermostat gasket: 16346-66020.
Thermostat housing studs: 90116-08147
Nuts: 90179-08040
