 awsome men .. !

Looks very nice, clean, did you weld it to the chasis or use bolts .. ?

there are places on the under side of the frame where i can bolt it to.
once i change out my clutch, i'll put some small welds on it in case i need to remove the x-member.

i like that idea

Looks like some very nice, very professional looking work there, 2bad. You plan on selling the design to someone who can mass produce it? Looks like something like that would be a good investment once I'm able to do the SOA (or for anyone with an SOA'd 60/62).

but who and how do you sell a design?

I think SOR bought Don Anway's Tcase Saver design after he had sold a bunch of 'em. They might be a good outfit to contact for selling the design. I know the fabricators near my folks' place would just look at the finished product, take a set of specs from it, and make a design off that. Unless of course you plan on making a bunch of these yourself :D

Are you planning on having it be a bolt-on application?

mine is!

i think it has to be bolt on,so you can get the trans out if you have to.the brackets on the rear axle will be welded(more pics to come....soon)

and no i will not be selling them(i dont think)

hmmmmmmm, what can people sell designs for?

I would expect you could get an assload of money for the design, since the company would know that they're essentially buying an unlimited number of units, limited only to the supplies needed to make it and the number of customers who would buy it.

How bad was the spring wrap initially? Was it something that only came on after the SOA?

well........lets say

I have my cross member welded above the frame for my wrap bar...it keeps up and outta the way... but besides that our designs are very similar....nice work dude.

LOL

Only if you patent the design...

Other than that Anyone can copy it for any use..

Besides, The design looks a lot like the JK customs wrap bar..
