hit 101 down Washington coast and Oregon Coast

This is one of the great scenic treasures of the west coast. Done it a few times and its something I always get an urge to do again. Road closures get in the way sometimes further down in CA but the whole trip down to LA hugging the coast line is beautiful, Oregon and northern california in particular. I presume that beach you posted is somewhere in Oregon?

Somewhere on the same coast circa 1993 when the world was simpler and I had hair and awesome pair of cowboy boots as I recall.

The washed up driftwood I remember as having the feel of hollowed out bones. Deceptively light relative to their size.

Obviously my pic can't compete with denim hotpants but thanks for posting and allowing me a sweet moment of nostalgia.

Is this photo from your album cover or your published poetry collection.
We hit more than 10 beaches for breaks. Ruby Beach, WA was insane. I would definitely reccomend the 101 drive.
Who doesn't love blue denim hot pants?

:rofl::rofl: Ha ha, Awesome!
This was me coming to the end of a 22, 000 mile more states than I can remember road trip and the end of a first love. Bittersweet days.

I was a pensive and thoughtful lad in my youth.

All it got me though was hair loss, high blood pressure and a few great pics, no album money or poetry groupies unfortunately.

Not to digress too much but a few pics of my 4 cylinder beast for the trip I thought others might like.

Ok, wow, gotta ask, where the "F" is this? Absolutely amazing

Zion national park, East entrance area heading down towards Springdale

Drove around Zion for an hour trying to find the best spot to shoot the Milky Way and this was the best one i could find, it's tricky because the canyon walls block everything.
