i've got brand new plugs, if there fouled they can just be cleaned and put back in ... well atleast its worked before. i think something is restricting something but my fuel pressure is steady at 3 1/4 lbs running on a weber. so its gotta be the carb or something...

sorry for the hijack i just had to vent when i saw the words "seafoam"
 
I've been running seafoam for almost 10 years now with nary a problem. Bandy, I think it might of helped uncover another one as i have never heard of it causing one. Not that i have ever heard of though, not to say it never has happened.
 
I got to thinkin...you said you are runnin a weber so I am assuming you are desmogged? The only thing I can think is that you have a bad vacuum hose somewhere or a vacuum hose came disconnected some where. I know a few years ago I was drivin a van and one day the damn thing ran like @&@&@&@& for a few weeks, finally Dad and I looked it up and down and found a small hole in a vacuum hose, replaced it and bingo ran like a champ. Try that and see.
