3M Rubberized Undercoating to seal the places I worked, after seam sealer. I always try and seal both sides, even if it's getting an extra coating. Added security to prevent moisture intrusion.

Overall about 35 hours to do this, not too bad.

I've got primer down and am working on various combinations of silver metallic paint, sanding, and creating a matching finish to the rest of the bed.

Poppy's Patina is on order and will be the final finish.

Decided to remove and replace the rear bumper today. Holy crap what a pain this was. Bolts were totally frozen despite soaking in PB Blaster for several days. Had to cut the bumper off in pieces and grind the heads off of the bolts. These are very large bolts. What a b*tch.

Every bit of road crud and salt ends up being caught right in this area.

I finally got it all cut out and replaced the rusty stuff with OEM hardware from my parts stash.
