the PEASE house across the street burned to the ground this morning. Everyone was ok and got out long before the flames were bad. The renters made it out with their laundry and a 2L of Coca Cola.

The hydrant on my front lawn didn't work which made things worse. The house was a s***hole and the guy who actually owed it is a slumlord. Even boarded up and burned down it's an improvement just to have those guys out of the neighborhood. Found out one of them just got out of jail for running a steroid lab out of their old apartment.

As you can see, the PEASE lights on the roof survived. A christmas miracle. A friend asked if they dialed 912.

That sucks. My sister-in-laws parents condo burned down in Lowell a couple weeks ago.

It's odd too cuz today is the 6th anniversary of the RI nightclub fire and I had a good friend that died that day. Weird.

My best man in my wedding was supposed to go that that show. It was a Thursday night and I talked him into going to get supplies (beer, food, more beer) for a ski trip that weekend. We had both gone to the Great White show at Jared's in Attleboro a month or two prior.

I just bought a jeep today. What did it do. Actually my buddy's burn out friend blew the clutch in his 1997 Wrangler and just wanted to get rid of it so I picked it up for $300. Figure fix the clutch and a couple small things and flip it.

the end of March and April drive me nuts.
