I'm just going to recess the adhesive more and make another one. I have a feeling any gaps will be gone after that. You just have to be careful with going too deep. If the adhesive sits perfectly flush to the bottom then adhering it is almost impossible. No matter how hard you push your just pushing on the plastic against the body and not the adhesive. There has to be about a 1/32-1/64th gap so as you push in to mount the emblem its the adhesive that it being pushed on. I will work hard at finding that sweet spot. On flat surfaces I know exactly what that is (.037") but on a curve; its has to be adjusted for that unique curvature. It's kind of a pita.

Nick, did you get the second prototype yet?

that looks much better and finish looks a lot better this time. I got rid of that bubbly surface. I'm glad it fits perfect. I will start working on making a batch of these tomorrow.

So I went ahead and got these started today. I hope to have a good sized batch up on my website by Sunday evening. If anyone is interested just check my website late Sunday or Monday and they should be available.

Sorry I didn't post up the rear TEQ badge yet. I started a batch and then realized I was REALLY low in stock on the black filament. I immediately ordered more but wont have it until tomorrow or Wednesday. As soon as I get it I will resume the batch and will have it up by Friday. I'm sorry for the delay.

So I finally got a batch of the rear TEQ badge final design done. I made a few in each color combo. I have the black/silver (that seems to be the most popular), the red/silver (which is the classic look), and the white/black. I also made another batch of the front TEQ badges for the 98-02. Now I can focus my attention on the front TEQ for the 03+. That one is a lot more complicated and is going to take me another week or two to get through all of the prototyping before I have it perfected. Here's the link to the new badge.

Thanks for all the orders guys for the rear TEQ badge. I almost sold out this weekend. I have another batch going right now and have restocked some of them on my website.

I'm working on that design now. I hope to have the first prototype done this week and will get that shipped out to nick for test fitting. It may take a few prototypes before we get it dialed in and with the shipping time for each print it may be a few weeks before they are ready. I also may get lucky and have perfect fitment on the first try which would get these up on my site next week. I guess we will see.

I hope you got those cupholders for an 80 series, because I highly doubt they are going to fit on a 100. I wanted to give an update on the front TEQ grille badge for the 03+ 100 series. This last week got a little crazy with work and I had to put all 3D printing project on hold. I am now officially on vacation for the next two weeks. I plan to get this project wrapped up this coming week and test fit by the end of the week. Sorry for taking so long on this project, but with work and the holidays, I have been totally burried.

They are for a manual transmission 80 that my father in law has in South America... I think they will fit... I only have pictures to test my theory :/

I would definitely like to see pictures of the cup holder mounted on an 80 with a manual tranny. I am curious to know as well if it will work. The may open up my market in areas outside of the US.
