I know two normal campers aren't showing up, you should be ok.
Like said, camping spots should not be an issue for this event.
Looks like one stays there all the time. But this is what you have to deal with.
Looks good to me
Who do we pay and where? Is it just collected at the grounds?
Nevermind, I see it's pay at the event
Yes, pay at the event.
What day is everyone planning on getting there?
Probably Friday morning early for me
going to try to go down Thursday night
Saturday for me. I have a "Friday night lights" commitment during football season.
What's the rule for passengers and spotters? Are there any fees for them?
Fee's are for the vehicle. If your other people want to eat the meal on Sat night, they are $5 ea. Extra tee's will be $15.
As far as comms, what do you guys have. I am going to bring a HAM, a CB and a Citizens Walkie.
CB for me. I'm hoping to take my ham license test this winter
Did you figure out a way to get to this @LS1FJ40
Unfortunately, no. My son got invited to play on a Select baseball thing. Happy for him but a bummed I won't be there.
I have a portable HAM if you need/want to take it with you. The Baefong one that everyone has.
Regular CB for me, if it works. One year I had to walk all the way to camp from the end of the creek with my son(was probably 6 yrs old) and I would do it again if need be. It was the first day of the event and I don't believe anyone at camp had a CB.
Sadly I'm out, got some house stuff that came up. Have fun!
Hoping to be there sometime around noon. I spent the last couple days fixing the brakes on my tow vehicle. I've barely touched the 80 yet
