Tailgate Hinges?

So I sourced an unobtainable '72 tailgate for my FJ40, and while it came with latches and hooks I'm needing some hinges. Anyone have a good source for these hinges (3) new or used? Looking for chains and weatherstripping as well if you guys know of any good substitutes. This is the one piece tailgate found on the '58-'72 FJ40 FST & FJ45 SWB.

I did a fiberglass rear gate from SOR, hinges from some rusted barn doors, latches and chains from a mini truck. Looks pretty good IMHO, sure I would have loved to have the factory latches, but try as I did I could not find a decent set.
