need any info to remove tailgate handle, appreciate any help

Pretty much everything has to be removed from the inside of the tailgate in order to get to the handle.

Why are you removing it? If it is not working you may just need to adjust the "cables".

Some PO had been messing with tailgate prior to my involvement, wires hanging out, jumped um and got widow up, could not get window out so removed bolts from gear drive, propped it up and worked under, took an hour, but Brenden gets to open his tailgate with a new used handle-enjoy my pig brother!
