tablet to watch local TV stations?

After 2 years I now have my sailboat on the water.


I'm going to use her as a weekend live aboard during warm months


I want a small TV in her for rainy days and such to entertain the little guy as well as football games.


Is there a way or app to attach an antenna on a tablet to watch local TV stations?

Hulu and nextflix. And of course youtube. got to have an internet connection though.
