Quick question. I've got a t-case leak from the front output. I've already swapped the seal twice and have popped the cap on the breather. I'm looking to replace the flange with the seal this time. When did Toyota go from the ten to the 27 spline output?

Hi mate have you tried the breather from gearbox to transfer sounds like your building to much pressure causing seal to keep blowing.

Thats what I was thinking too. I plan to swap the breather this summer with a threaded type. She's my daily driver and I couldn't afford the downtime to spilt the case this winter. But summer's almost here and I'll be able to ride the bike for the few days the old girl is down. I figured that I'd swap the flange and seal too while I was under there. Just trying to order all the right parts right now so my truck isn't down too long.

Sweet! thanks for the hook up

Welcome Biker but don't forget the photo's of the strip down and replacement of seals as I will help many who need to do this repair. :)

Consider replacing or speedy-sleeving the flange, your seal surface may be compromised. We have the seals (NOK, same as OE) as well as the nuts (OE) as well.
