Decided on my next lift. Dobinson c97-146vt and c97-147vt dual rate with IMS 4 (I have read 4 is optimal) shocks since I have a front bumper/winch and rear swing out / tire carrier.

For this 2.5 lift, here are the parts I BELIEVE I need based on research in this forum:

1) Extended brake lines (OEM is preferred)
2) DVS 3" Radius Arms (I don't want to grind and use castor plates and I don't wan't drop brackets that will snag and I don't want castor bushings)
3) DVS 3" Rear Panhard Rod bracket
4) DVS Front Swaybar Drop Bracket
5) Dobinson Rear Swaybar Drop Bracket
6) DVS Rear Bumpstop Drop Kit
7) Dobinsons LSPV adjuster kit

Do I also need the following ?
2) Adjustable Rear Panhard Rod - Since I'm already getting the DVS 3" Rear Panhard Rod bracket, this may not be needed ? I think only 3" and above ?
3) Adjustable Front Panhard Rod ? I think only 3" and above ?
4) Steering Damper ?
5) Front Bumpstop Drop Kit ?

Anything else I'm missing ?

Thanks!

Wait on the DVS Arm buy until you know the final ride height, your going to be closer to 4” of lift than 2.5”. You may want the 4” arms and a DC front drive shaft. You won’t need the rear adjustable panhard with the DVS panhard bracket, just plan to replace bushings.

I ditched the LSPV and ABS, and would do it again. I haven’t replaced the front panhard but it’s on the list.

I have the setup you describe, almost to the item. However, my springs differ because I went with FlexCoils up front (C59-612V) and (C59-613V) in the rear.
I have 315/75-17s on Methods, which measure out to almost exactly 35" at 32 PSI.

My truck is currently sitting a little over 3" above stock and almost 4" above where it had sagged after 255,000 miles.

I did extended brake lines (Cruiser Outfitters OEM Toyota), and I ditched my ABS and LSPV. This would be optional with less lift, and even with mine there was some space left. I did it for insurance since my lines were 30 years old.
I am running the 4" front control arms, and they are fine. (Dave at Delta actually recommended them, so perhaps that is why I have no vibrations.)
I have the front bump stop kit, and I also replaced my steering damper, though it has no bearing on the lift other than ensuring this piece is fully functional.

I did not replace the bushings in my rear panhard bar when I did the DVS panhard bracket; mine were fine at 255,000 miles (YMMV).
I do NOT have an adjustable front Panhard, and my front axle is perfectly centered when static.
I didn't need the DC driveshaft; I have no vibrations, but I did rebuild mine with new U-joints as part of the process.
I will be installing adjustable control arms in the rear, as the lift has notable axle dislocation forward, and I want that inch (ish) back.

Otherwise, I think you're right on.

Do you have a lift in place now? I ask because there are a few pitfalls. Notably, the rear shock bolts are almost assuredly rusted/frozen, as are the rear swaybar bracket bolts—things like that if you've never had them off.

I will be doing a milder lift ... 1.75 - 2 inch so many of these parts I will not need. I will most likely only need the shocks and springs and then measure caster then either do delta arms or ironman drop brackets. Will not be doing caster bushings / caster plates
