I checked and we are clear for sooke, meet at parking lot by a&w at 9:30. All trucks welcome.

Great Day!!

Found the gate was locked this morning.... So we went on to Muir creek access. No luck there either. Bypass was sketchy and we decided not to try it. Jason came up with another idea. We found access down a quad trail and in we went. We hunted for a place to cross over to the Sooke playground. After many attempts and many dead ends we found one. Turned out to be a fun trail that will link us to all the old favourites ('can opener' and 'the wall' etc)

We ran out of light and headed back, logged way points so next time will be a breeze.

Some carnage.... 2 antennas, 1 wiper, 1 turn signal, 1 mirror, a dent or two and a bent rear spoiler thingy.

That first pic of Jason's 60 in the water is awesome..looks like he hit it at Mach 2!

Jason- i hope you will be wearing a full disguise so no one recognizes you in that range rover. Do you still have to crawl under it and bash a lever with a hammer to get it into 4wd?
